Pandemic Destroying The Environment

I was looking at the mass production of ppe and the waste that is scaling to be a possible tipping point for plastics waste. Masks had become a neccesary item to have on you in the past couple of years and if you left a mask at home you would have most likely not gone back to pick it up but instead you would perhaps go out to purchase a pack or if you are lucky enough and able to get a free mask then that way. With the direction we are heading now and through government decicisions it seems for now we are officialy on the other end of this pandemic and with this very soon change there will be the lack of requirement for masks and ppe, with that said, what is going to happen to all this equipment that has been mass produced even from a stand point perhaps of companies who have branded, merchandised and customised masks. There is the potential for a mass amount of waste production
